ORGANISER
Liaising with the venue, wedding planner and catering teams to ensure the schedule is followed to the couple's wishes and any delays or problems are managed discreetly.
PRESENTER
Greeting guests upon arrival, offering direction and assistance to ensure a warm and welcoming experience.
Conducting all professional announcements, including the entrance of the wedding party, call to dinner, introduction of speakers and maintaining correct protocol.
COMMUNICATOR
Assisting the professional photographer with assembling family and formal photographs. Orchestrating the line-up for the wedding breakfast and maintaining the etiquette and tradition of the formal proceedings.
DIPLOMAT
Providing support to the wedding party, including calming the nerves of those giving speeches and ensuring they have everything they need. Liaising with the venue and suppliers to make the day runs smoothly.
